Privacy notice
Revised January 2024. NorthEast Community Bank provides the notice.
The information collected depends on the product. It can include a Social Security number, transaction history, checking account information, payment history, account balances, and account transactions. Examples of when it is collected include opening an account, showing identification, providing account information, applying for a loan, and entering an investment advisory contract. Information also comes from others, such as credit bureaus. Sharing described in the notice continues after the customer relationship ends.
NECB shares information for everyday business — processing transactions, maintaining accounts, responding to court orders and legal investigations, and reporting to credit bureaus — and to market its own products. Customers cannot limit either of those. NECB does not share for joint marketing, does not share with affiliates, and does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you. The bank has no affiliates and does not jointly market.
Protection includes computer safeguards and secured files and buildings, plus other physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards.
